Once you have determined which counselor you would like to meet with, call the counseling center at
(346) 302-8089 or fill out the Request an Appointment form below.
Let our administrative staff know which counselor you would like to make an appointment with, along with the day and time that you prefer. You will be asked to provide general contact information in case we need to get in touch with you. You may also be asked for a reason for your visit. You may be as vague or as detailed as you wish. Any conversation you have with our administrative staff is confidential.

After completing this form you will be contacted by the Judah Office Manager who will help you find the right therapist and schedule your initial meeting. You can also call (346) 302-8089 to set up your appointment.
Your First Visit
For your initial appointment we will discuss your reasoning for counseling and begin to develop goals to work towards. To help the counselor better serve you, we ask that you fill out the New Client Intake forms prior to your first appointment. These forms can be filled through the online client portal that will be emailed to you after setting up your appointment.
How to Find the Counseling Center
Judah Christian Counseling & Recovery is located in the business park at 2947 E. Broadway St., Suite 100, Pearland, TX 77581. Our office is in its own suite with our own parking lot behind the front of the building. When coming from Broadway St., turn onto Westminister Rd. at the light and the entrance to our parking lot will be on your right.
